b. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may initiate legal proceedings as provided for in Section 11.

b. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, United States.
